SHIPPING POLICY
It takes 2–5 business days to prepare a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are created with a variety of different techniques from sublimation and digital print to traditional screen printing. Our production has grown so much (thanks to YOU our amazing customers!) that we no longer pick and pack every product by hand. Most everything is stored and packaged in the warehouse prior to shipping so quality control has been integrated into a much broader sector. If you encounter any issues at all or have any questions that need answers, do not hesitate to contact us.
